Jon J. Hart II

John is a manager at Woodstock’s Pizza in Davis, California where he’s also nicknamed ‘Batman’ on the night shift.  He started going to Burning Man in 2005 and for the past five years has been part of the Temple Crew.  

I too have lost family, co-workers and friends anywhere from hit and run accidents, drug overdoses and suicide.  When I’m out in the desert and I hit a wall with the build, I think of them.  But I don’t just build for them, to honor their memory, I also do it for all the other people who come out to the Temple to let go, forgive, say goodbye and start over.  This essence is what I’ll bring to Northern Ireland.
