Bill Codding

Bill Codding is a 'Rocket Scientist' by education, an IT consultant and former CTO, and a fire artist on top of that. He has a BS and an MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell and Stanford Universities. In past lives he worked for NASA and helped start one of the pioneering internet infrastructure companies.

He met David Best when he was building his very first 'temple' at Burning Man. He had been looking for a bigger project to get involved with, and working with David seemed liked a project with an incredible purpose and heart behind it - a project that was not only beautiful but had such an impact on so many lives. He quickly became friends with David, and went on to work on all the 'temples' since then with him, as volunteer coordinator, project manager and electrician, as it grew from a small local project to an international one.
